We see Mrs Dracula here, possibly it is also the gracious Mrs Klöckner, former wine queen from the Palatinate. The template for this caricature comes from Wikipedia. On the subject of Julia Klöckner.
Characteristics of this picture:
Madam Julia has withered skin, grey-brown skin and old brownish teeth. Her lips appear bloodless.
is uncombed and
Julia Klöckner at the Program Committee of the CDU Rhineland-Palatinate on January 23, 2021
However, we assume that our dear Mrs Klöckner knows how to use lipstick and make-up. And she certainly didn't oversleep the CDU Pro... appointment, so she didn't have time to comb her hair. So what happened?

How deceitful can people be? Ms. Klöckner probably doesn't care if she is portrayed in an ugly way in some school magazine. But not in Wikipedia.
So this is
Malu Dreyer during the visit to Schott AG on March 8, 2021 in Mainz.
Unlike our gracious mistress, we would not have depicted Julia in the original. So we want to create satire, and for that we need a caricature.
Both are cover images on Wikipedia. You unconsciously see the image before you read the text.
And emotionally associate the following when reading the text:
klöckner: an old, worn-out woman who has exceeded the retirement age.
Dreyer: Not shot in a favorable light, which makes her seem unsympathetic. But she is portrayed at the right age. No wilted skin, white teeth.

Malu Dreyer has the same problem as Merkel or Klöckner. Feminism is on the agenda. Strong women are in demand. That's why she does what the Green Party leader Baerbock does. She puts on a (fake) leather jacket and flesh-colored underwear underneath. The black eye is in satire.
